It was controlled by Baron Zeal, a tall strangely dressed man who liked to wear women's clothing. He made the fatal mistake of crossing Trader. He and Shabazz tried to force Trader into breaking into a huge redoubt known as Spearpoint. The man was killed after Shabazz and his crew were taken out by the Guardian around Spearpoint. He raced back to his refinery and was taken out by the explosives that JB, Ryan and the others planted. (Encounter)
