A commune of peaceful people live about half a day's travel from Kings Point. Here they live off the sea, and hand in hand with friendly mutants known as Dwellers. The leader of the commune, Shauna Watson, wanted to extract revenge on Poseidon for killing her husband three years before. She was killed by Admiral Poseidon. (Watersleep)
