Tourment was a giant of a man - a few inches over seven feet tall and somewhere around 400 pounds - and extremely strong. His legs were too weak to hold his massive weight, however, so he was forced to wear an exoskeleton to help him walk.
Background[]
The man known only as Tourment was a baron who ruled over Lafayette, Lousiana, and a large part of the swamps around it. He and his forces were in a stalemate with rebels led by Jak Lauren until the companions came and tipped the balance; they burned down the hotel he used as a base, chased him into the swamp, and crippled him, then fed him to a giant alligator.
